Feedback isn't about proving someone wrong. It's about creating space to make the work (and ourselves) better.
A strong creative team is one where people feel safe enough to say with honesty:
“I don't know.” — “I need help.”
When we can challenge ideas without challenging each other, we grow together. Feedback requires vulnerability, Vulnerability requires honesty and honesty requires humility.
Good feedback doesn't weaken a team.
It makes it stronger.
